We’ve all been there: you spot a poster for a concert, a comedy show, or a local food festival, snap a photo of it, and promptly forget about it until the event has come and gone. Google Photos already offers a shortcut to add events from some digital tickets and screenshots, but it’s easy to miss and doesn’t help much with a random flyer you photographed on the street. Gemini can already help you add events to Google Calendar, but that means leaving your gallery and switching apps. Google now appears to be working on letting you hand this job over to Ask Photos instead.
